We measure:

o Electrical characteristics in the range of 100 fA to 10 A and 100 pV to 400 V with resolutions always better than 1 ppm
o Electrical characterization of capacity from 1 pF to 100 F with a resolution <1%
o Resistance standard between 1 Ohm and 3 GOhms
o Electrically alternating signals in generation and analysis up to 500 MHz
o Test sites for automated long-term studies on high and low power emitters for up to 2500 devices up to 2.5 kW
