Electrical measurements
The OUT e.V. can provide the following electronic measurements:
- characteristic electrical curves at the range of 100 fA to 10 A and 100 pV to 400 V with a resolution better than 1 ppm
- electrical characterization of capacities between 1 pF and 100 F with a resolution <1%
- resistance standard between 1 W and 3 GW (up to 100 W better than 0.01%)
- ac signals in generation and analysis up to 500 MHz
- test sites for automated life time investigation of high power emitters for up to 2500 samples till 2.5 kW
- test sites for automated life time investigation of low power emitters for up to 800 samples
- optoelectronic quick-pulse measurements of LEDs with a time resolution of 0.5 ns and a rise time of 2 ns
- electrical measurements of thermo-mechanical parameter
- 4-wire measurements for determination of area- and specific contact resistances with linear and van-der-Pauw-geometry, also with micro-structural contact pads, in the range between 1 pA – 100 mA and 1 µV – 100 V
- CV-measurements in the range between fF and nF
